1. Service Scope

Our services include professional home deep cleaning for selected areas such as bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, study rooms, balconies, and related spaces. The exact scope of work will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional tasks requested on-site may incur extra charges.


2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Service scheduling is subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule in rare situations due to operational or safety reasons, with prior notice whenever possible.


3. Pricing & Payments

All pricing is communicated before service confirmation. Final charges may vary if additional services are added or if the on-site condition differs significantly from the initial description. Payments must be completed as agreed upon before or immediately after service completion.


4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are requested to:

  • Provide accurate information about the service location and requirements
  • Ensure access to electricity and water
  • Secure valuables, fragile items, and important documents
  • Provide safe access to the service area

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or improperly secured items.


5. Health & Safety

Our team follows safe cleaning practices and uses suitable equipment and products. Customers must inform us in advance about allergies, sensitive surfaces, or special handling requirements.


6. Service Delays

While we aim to maintain punctuality, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen operational circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.


7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made in advance. Advance payments may be adjusted toward a future booking depending on notice timing and operational commitments.


8. Damage & Liability

Our staff is trained to handle property with care. Any service-related damage must be reported immediately during or after service completion. Liability is limited to direct damages resulting from proven staff negligence.


9. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Concerns must be reported promptly so our team can review and address them where reasonably possible.


10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or misrepresented.
